The guests arrive late in the afternoon and enjoy their drink, overlooking the endless blue. As the sun goes down, everyone is waiting for the couple’s impressive entrance, and with a single applause of joy, faces are filled with happiness, optimism and emotion.

Later on, guests enjoy a wonderful dinner in an atmospheric setting. The chef and his team prepare, in every last detail, a menu based on local flavours, or even a more sophisticated one, with touches of international cuisine. The evening ends with relatives and friends dancing through an endless party, holding their favourite drink and looking at the glow of fireworks up on the summer sky.

7 Seas’ services include the space that can accommodate up to 100 people, the equipment, the specialised staff, as well as catering and bar services. Of course, the bride and groom also get in touch with 7 Seas’ partners who cover services such as music (DJ), photography and decoration.

The couple can choose, either a Greek cuisine based menu with traditional Sifnos’ recipes and local products or a more refined menu with elements from international cuisines. From traditional Sifnos revythada and simmered lamb mastelo, to pork escalope with parmesan and smoked thyme sauce, sautée beef bites in beer and chèvre sauce, and last but not least, fresh fish from the trawl with lemon mousse and wild greens.

Of course, the menu can be customised with some alternative proposals so that the final result covers the taste needs, desires and budget of each couple. 7 Seas also offers a choice between served menu or buffet.
